So my Mom kept a dream diary. She described very symbolic dreams in it. Like triangles floating and bouncing up and down in water. My Sister, Brother and Father all also have a dreaming gift.

Mom would dream that she was in different bodies. Different places. Different times. She was haunted by a wolf that stood on its hind legs in her dreams. She would dream in vast colors. She just did NOT have like normal “I went shopping” dreams.
I dream but not of a wolf on its hind legs. Mostly I can’t recall. I’ve had dreams of Mom,Dad, none of Merry Ruth. Once I had a funny dream and woke up laughing. Mostly I forget them after a few nights.
Merry kept an extensive dream journal. Night after night after night. I think Chrysoula has that now. I hope that is who got it. I had it. I remember mailing it to someone in the family.
I currently dont dream due to ptsd meds. When i do dream occasionally i talk to my bro Matt. Most of the time its nightmares of varying shades. No real iconic or symbolic dreams since teens or atleast before usmc.
Medication has never seemed to block my dreaming gift. What makes it weird is benadryl. That meds makes me have loopy dreams that make no sense. (I have even been in the dream and said to myself, “Am I drugged?”
