If we can get all the money together …. hint … hint … hint … every $50 helps right now, we get to move in on June 7th.
My own toilet. An air conditioner. No more spending 35 minutes to drive to do laundry — there are units in the apartment. Our own shower. No more sharing toilets with 67 other people. No more peeing my pants as I try to get the sixty yards from our 1/2 of a twenty-foot shipping container, there is a CLEAN toilet 10 feet from the bedroom. We could only eat maybe (five-percent chance) one meal every two weeks provided here at HMO IHS because David is vegetarian, and I am allergic to tomatoes. We will have a fridge (didn’t have one before). We will have more than one outlet in the house. We can safely wash our dishes. Our cat can sleep in a hiding spot and not be disturbed because we cannot even fit a chair into this storage unit. Halle-furking-lujah.
I am so glad you can get an apartment. I hope you can come up with the money. I am sorry but now that I am totally retired, I don’t have any extra money. Keep on posting I like reading your blog .I hope that you and Dave will be able to get your lives on track. Love you and take care Patty
Thank you. Yes. Just being able to shower and have a safe toilet to use.
To be able to wash our hands when needed with safe water …
I already am feeling so much cleaner and biol-hazard safe.
