I started working out

again. It has been since we moved in. When we first moved in, I did something to my rib cage. I am not sure if I yanked a few out of joint, or strained the muscles or ??? but there are three spots that if I touch — I scream because of the pain. My breathing is not effected. I have had something similar to this as a teenager. (I got it on my right side rather than my left. And, I got it while throwing discus.)

But enough procrastination. There is an incredible gym here at this apartment complex. It is the full size of one floor of an apartment building. (I am not sure on the square footage.)

I managed to do 10 minutes of rowing and then 15 minutes of biking. I need to build endurance before I start lifting anything.

Plus, I can start doing two-a-days. One time to the gym by myself for extra cardio. Then evenings there with Dave for whatever I can do. (Possibly just stretching. I need to be more limber/flexible.)
